Each component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, ensuring reliable, maintenance-free performance and superior tuning stability.
Equipped with high-grade brass posts precision-fitted into the housing, this machine head features the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer. Designed with a 0.39 in diameter stepped base, the flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and doing away with the need for a stepped hole in the headstock.
Engineered to match the identical mounting dimensions of its predecessor model, the M6 135 enables effortless replacement without requiring instrument modifications. It comes complete with threaded banjo bolts, flanged washers, and M2.2 x 0.37 in mounting screws for immediate installation.
