Every component is CNC-machined to tight tolerances, surface-finished, and driven by a self-locking mechanism for maximum pitch stability. Premium brass string posts are fitted into the sealed housing with Schaller permanent grease lubrication for life-long, maintenance-free performance.
Installation is simplified through the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, which centers the post via the banjo bolt and eliminates the need for stepped headstock drilling. With identical mounting dimensions to its legacy predecessor, this machine installs directly without instrument modifications.
