Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 sets a high standard for closed guitar tuning machines with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, precise tuning and exceptional pitch stability. Every component is CNC-machined and surface-finished, featuring high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free durability.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this system centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt without requiring a stepped peghead bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and takes stress off both the post and mounting screws, extending the operational life of the machine heads.
All enclosed tuners are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation. The M6 180 easily retrofits earlier M6 models without modifications and provides consistent, sensitive, and self-locking drive performance.
