The Schaller M6 180 tuning machine delivers exceptional tuning precision and velvety-smooth operation with its improved 1:18 gear ratio. All components are high-precision CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring a self-locking drive that guarantees smooth, sensitive, and stable tuning.
Constructed with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into the housing, these tuners offer maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. The enclosed machine heads are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making them completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flange washer, the string post centers securely via the hollow screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
