Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 features an advanced 1:18 gear ratio that provides velvety-smooth operation, exceptional tuning comfort, and pinpoint precision. Built upon a legendary sealed-gear platform established in 1966, this modern version incorporates refined engineering and premium appointments without compromising its iconic design heritage.
Every component is precision CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring high-grade brass posts precision-fitted to the housing for maximum wear resistance and stable performance. Sealed internal gears are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, ensuring maintenance-free longevity and ultra-smooth action.
The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped peghead counterbores, effectively eliminating tilting torque. With identical installation dimensions to its predecessor, it offers effortless direct-fit replacement on compatible guitar headstocks.
