Every sealed tuning machine is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making it completely maintenance-free. High-grade brass string posts are fitted with extreme precision into surface-finished housings to guarantee maximum tuning stability and wear resistance.
Equipped with a stepped flanged washer, the M6 Mini centers the string post securely without requiring stepped peghead bore holes. This design eliminates tilting torque and takes structural pressure off the post and rear mounting screws for extended longevity.
