Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an improved 1:18 gear ratio. All components are CNC-machined to high tolerances, surface-finished, and equipped with a self-locking drive mechanism to provide smooth, stable, and wear-free operation.
Featuring high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine incorporates the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 10 mm (0.4 in) diameter base. This design centers the string post securely via the banjo bolt, eliminates tilting torque, and removes the need for step-drilling into the headstock.
All enclosed housings are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance. The two-pin mounting configuration features a 10 mm (0.4 in) center-to-center pin spacing and an 8 mm (0.3 in) distance between the pins and post center, matching standard M6 pin footprints.
