ESP LTD MT-I Electric Guitar
The ESP LTD MT-I is the premier Signature Series electric guitar engineered for Mick Thomson of Slipknot. Designed around an arched top MH-style body with an inline reverse headstock, this instrument utilizes set-thru construction with a 25.5-inch scale length. It combines a solid mahogany body and white ash top with a sturdy three-piece maple neck and a smooth Macassar ebony fingerboard.
Built for intense performance, the fingerboard features a modern compound radius and 24 medium-jumbo stainless steel frets alongside blue Luminlay side dots for clear visibility on dark stages. A high-density Graph Tech TUSQ XL nut and Hipshot Grip-Lock open gear locking tuners provide exceptional tuning stability and fast restringing under demanding playing conditions.
Hardware and electronics include a solid brass Hipshot Hi-Mass string-thru bridge paired with a direct-mount Fishman Fluence Mick Thomson Signature pickup. Controlled via a three-way mini toggle and a push/pull volume knob, it offers seamless switching between distinct voicing options and bass boost shifts. A deluxe ESP form-fit hardshell case is included for maximum protection during transit.
