Engineered with high-precision CNC machining and high-grade brass string posts, every component is fitted perfectly into the housing to eliminate wear and ensure self-locking stability. All closed tuners are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making them completely maintenance-free over their entire lifespan.
Installation is straightforward thanks to identical mounting dimensions to its predecessor and the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter. This design reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped headstock drilling, eliminating tilt torque and taking direct pressure off both the post and rear mounting screw.
