Every component is CNC-machined to tight tolerances and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation. Solid brass string posts fit securely within the housing to maximize wear resistance and sustain over extended playing periods.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt and removing stress from both the post and rear mounting screw without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
