Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation. The enclosed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering it completely maintenance-free over its entire lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it centers the string post securely via the threaded bush without requiring a stepped headstock bore. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and rear mounting screw.
