The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt torque and taking pressure off both the string post and rear mounting screw without requiring a stepped headstock bore.
Each closed machine head is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free longevity. Designed for effortless direct-replacement installation, it preserves the authentic character while delivering state-of-the-art mechanical reliability.
