Equipped with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this closed tuning machine ensures maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. The permanently lubricated internal mechanism utilizes Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation across years of continuous use.
An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment and relieving pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw. Sharing identical mounting dimensions with its predecessor, it offers seamless replacement without modifying the headstock.
