Precision-engineered components and surface-finished materials provide a self-locking drive that maintains pitch through demanding play. Every string post is crafted from high-grade brass and fitted into the housing with tight tolerances to prevent wear and maximize stability across all string tensions.
The integrated Schaller stepped flanged bushing centers the string post securely through the threaded banjo bolt, eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling. This innovative design removes tilting torque and relieves pressure from both the post and the rear mounting screw for lasting reliability.
