Every component is precision CNC-machined and surface-treated, featuring a self-locking drive and solid brass posts fitted accurately into the housing for maximum wear resistance. All enclosed tuners are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
Equipped with an innovative stepped flanged washer with a 0.39-inch (10 mm) diameter, this design centers the string post securely without requiring a stepped peghead bore. It effectively eliminates tilting torque while relieving mechanical stress from both the post and mounting points.
