All structural components are precision CNC-machined and surface-treated to guarantee smooth, backlash-free operation and long service life.
Equipped with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into the housing, these tuners deliver outstanding wear resistance and tuning reliability. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for a stepped headstock hole and preventing tilting forces.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free durability, the M6 Pin utilizes a two-pin anchoring configuration with a 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center pin spacing and an 0.31 in (8 mm) spacing from pins to post center for secure headstock installation.
