The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the hollow screw, eliminating tipping torque, relieving pressure from the mounting screws, and removing the need for stepped peghead holes.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners are completely maintenance-free. Designed with two alignment pins spaced 10 mm apart and a center-to-post distance of 8 mm, they offer a direct retrofit for matching headstock configurations.
