The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine offers precision engineering with a refined 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, accurate, and stable tuning. Built with CNC-machined components and surface finishes, each unit features high-grade brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing to ensure long-term tuning stability and wear resistance.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged collar, this design centers the string post via the banjo bolt without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This eliminates tilting moments and relieves mechanical stress from both the post and mounting hardware. All closed tuners are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
The two-pin housing maintains standard Schaller pin spacing of 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center with a 0.31 in (8 mm) post-to-pin distance. Included in the set are hollow banjo bolts, stepped flanged washers, and M2.2 x 0.37 in mounting screws for reliable headstock installation.
