DiMarzio True Velvet Middle Strat Pickup
The DiMarzio True Velvet Middle pickup is engineered to deliver vintage single-coil clarity with sweet, balanced highs that remain musical even above the 12th fret. By tuning the coil to emphasize high-end brilliance without sounding thin or harsh, it provides exceptional note definition and full-chord separation.
Equipped with a custom vintage magnet stagger and Alnico 5 magnets, this pickup optimizes individual string balance. The middle model features reverse polarity (RWRP) to achieve hum-canceling operation when combined in standard 2 and 4 selector switch positions.
Built with vintage-style cloth-covered wiring and hand-ground pole pieces, the True Velvet Middle offers versatile tonal dynamics suitable for everything from clean country picking to aggressive Texas blues.
