Each component is CNC-machined with high accuracy, surface-finished, and fitted with high-grade brass posts engineered for superior tuning stability and wear-free durability.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine reliably centers the string post without requiring a stepped headstock bore, effectively eliminating tilting torque and reducing pressure on both the string post and rear fixing screw. All sealed mechanisms are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free reliability.
Sharing identical mounting dimensions with its predecessor model, the M6 135 allows direct, modification-free retrofitting on standard guitar headstocks.
