Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine sets a benchmark for closed tuners, featuring an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio for precise and smooth tuning stability. Engineered with high-precision CNC machining and surface finishing, its self-locking drive ensures velvet-smooth, reliable, and delicate adjustments.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this tuning machine guarantees maximum durability and zero wear over extensive use. The closed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it centers the string post securely via the banjonut, eliminating tilting torque and headstock pressure without requiring stepped drilling. This design allows seamless retrofitting while optimizing string vibration transfer and instrument longevity.
