Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine delivers exceptional tuning accuracy and stability with its refined 1:18 gear ratio. Engineered for seamless and velvety-smooth operation, this enclosed tuner builds upon legendary craftsmanship while incorporating advanced precision engineering.
Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and surface-finished for maximum wear resistance. The high-grade brass string posts are precision-fitted into the housing, while permanent lubrication with specialized grease ensures completely maintenance-free performance.
Featuring the stepped M6 collar washer with a 0.39-inch diameter, the tuner centers the string post securely without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and relieves mechanical stress on both the post and the rear mounting screw.
