Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers outstanding precision and tuning comfort with an improved 1:18 gear ratio. Continuing the legacy of the original closed-housing tuner introduced in 1966, this modernized version incorporates refined engineering and state-of-the-art manufacturing.
Each component is CNC-machined to precise tolerances and finished with a durable surface treatment. High-grade brass posts fit into the housing to ensure tuning stability, while the self-locking drive and permanent lubrication provide smooth, maintenance-free operation.
Featuring the innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuner aligns string posts reliably through the hollow screw without requiring stepped headstock drilling. This design eliminates tilting torque and reduces mechanical strain on both the post and mounting hardware.
