Each component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, while the self-locking drive ensures consistent and delicate adjustments.
Equipped with high-grade brass posts fitted into the housing, this tuning machine delivers wear-free operation and maximum reliability. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post reliably via the threaded bushing, eliminating tilting torque and removing pressure from the mounting screw without requiring a stepped peghead bore.
All enclosed units are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance. Designed to replace previous models without headstock modifications, it offers modern engineering and effortless string stability.
