Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 tuning machine series sets an industry benchmark with its advanced 1:18 gear ratio, delivering unmatched tuning accuracy and smooth, effortless operation. Designed with high-precision CNC-machined components and premium finishes, these enclosed tuners utilize a self-locking drive mechanism to ensure consistent, stable tuning for any playing style.
Engineered for maximum durability, each tuner features brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing to eliminate wear and ensure optimal string stability. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely without requiring stepped peghead drilling, absorbing lateral forces and protecting mounting screws from excess strain.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance, the M6 180 is engineered to drop into place on standard headstocks without modification. Its robust build and refined engineering provide lasting reliability and superior intonation control.
