Schaller M6 180 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 180 guitar tuning machine delivers legendary performance with a refined 1:18 gear ratio, ensuring velvety-smooth action and precise tuning stability. Each component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and finished with a durable surface treatment for dependable, lifetime operation.
Equipped with high-grade brass posts carefully fitted into closed housings, the M6 series provides maximum resistance to wear and eliminates slippage via a self-locking drive mechanism. Factory-lubricated with Schaller special grease, these sealed tuners remain completely maintenance-free.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, installation reliably centers the string post without requiring stepped peghead drilling. This structural advancement absorbs lateral pressure, protects the headstock wood, and completely prevents tilting forces on the mounting screw.
