Crafted with durability at the core, each string post is precision-turned from high-grade brass and matched flawlessly to the housing for wear-free rotation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer (0.39 in / 10 mm diameter) centers the string post securely via the hollow screw, eliminating tipping torque and taking pressure off the mounting screws on the back of the headstock. This intelligent design allows effortless installation directly onto the headstock without requiring complex counterbore drilling.
Fully permanently lubricated with proprietary Schaller special grease, every closed machine is completely maintenance-free.
