Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 sets a benchmark for closed guitar tuning machines, delivering uncompromised precision and tuning comfort. Engineered with a 1:18 gear ratio, it ensures smooth, velvety action and accurate intonation adjustment. High-grade brass string posts and CNC-machined components guarantee durable performance, exceptional wear resistance, and rock-solid tuning stability.
Featuring an innovative stepped flanged washer, this tuning machine centers the string post securely via the threaded bushing, eliminating tilting torque and headstock pressure without requiring stepped drilling. The closed housing comes permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, providing completely maintenance-free operation under rigorous playing conditions.
Designed with standard mounting dimensions identical to its predecessor, the M6 90 serves as a direct drop-in replacement without requiring guitar modifications. Each unit incorporates precision self-locking drive mechanics to deliver sensitive, stable, and highly consistent string tension adjustments.
