Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers refined performance and dependable tuning stability for modern instruments. Engineered with a precise 1:18 gear ratio, it ensures smooth, accurate adjustment while maintaining the iconic enclosed design standard established by the original series. Every component is CNC-machined to exact tolerances and permanently lubricated with specialized grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
Crafted with premium brass posts and a self-locking drive mechanism, the M6 90 ensures reliable wear resistance and fine control. The innovative stepped collar design with a 0.39-inch diameter base centers the string post securely through the threaded bushing, eliminating tilting movement and removing pressure from both the post and rear mounting screw without requiring stepped headstock holes.
Engineered with identical mounting dimensions to predecessor models, the M6 90 serves as a direct drop-in replacement without requiring guitar modifications. Supplied with mounting hardware including threaded bushings, stepped washers, and mounting screws, it provides robust and durable hardware performance for serious musicians.
