Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine delivers refined performance and tuning comfort, utilizing an advanced 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, ultra-precise adjustments. Building on the legendary sealed design introduced in 1966, this upgraded generation features precision CNC-machined components and high-grade brass string posts engineered for maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.4 in (10 mm) base diameter, this design reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt and eliminates the need for stepped headstock drilling. This mounting system effectively removes tilting torque, distributing pressure away from both the post and the rear mounting screws.
All enclosed components are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free longevity. Designed with standard installation dimensions, the M6 90 allows for direct, modification-free retrofitting on compatible guitars.
