Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents high-precision instrument hardware engineered with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, accurate tuning stability. Featuring CNC-machined components with precision-fitted brass string posts, each closed-housing tuner offers ultra-reliable operation with self-locking drive mechanics and permanent factory lubrication.
Equipped with an innovative stepped washer, this tuning machine reliably centers the string post over the threaded bushing without requiring step-drilled headstock holes. This design effectively eliminates tilting torque and protects both the internal string post and rear mounting screws from unwanted structural stress.
Engineered to match standard legacy mounting dimensions, the M6 90 serves as a direct drop-in replacement across classic and modern headstocks. Its robust construction and wear-free design ensure consistent performance and professional tuning accuracy for demanding players.
