Every component is CNC-machined with high precision, surface-finished, and features a self-locking drive mechanism for consistent, sensitive adjustment.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free operation, these tuners incorporate the innovative stepped M6 collar washer. With a 0.39 in (10 mm) base diameter, this washer reliably centers the string post via the banjo bolt, eliminating the need for a stepped peghead bore while preventing tilt and relieving pressure on the mounting screw.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, the sealed housing ensures entirely maintenance-free performance. Designed to match the installation dimensions of original predecessor models, the M6 90 allows for seamless direct replacement without guitar modifications.
