Crafted with precision CNC machining and premium brass string posts fitted directly into the housing, these tuners deliver long-lasting tuning stability and wear-free operation. Every unit features permanently lubricated internal gearing with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance.
The stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the hollow bolt, eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling. This innovative design eliminates tilting torque and distributes pressure evenly away from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
