The Schaller M6 Pin guitar tuning machine sets a high standard for closed tuners, featuring an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio for velvety smooth operation and precise tuning accuracy. All components are CNC-machined and surface-treated to guarantee smooth, responsive, and reliable tuning through a self-locking drive mechanism.
Constructed with durable brass string posts fitted tightly into the housing, these tuners deliver maximum tuning stability and wear-free performance. The innovative stepped M6 collar washer ensures trouble-free installation and permanent center alignment of the post, eliminating tilting torque without requiring a stepped peghead bore.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation, the M6 Pin utilizes a dual-pin mounting design with standard 10 mm pin spacing. Each complete set includes mounting collar screws, stepped washers, and fixing screws.
