DiMarzio Area 61 Strat Pickup

The DiMarzio Area 61 Strat Pickup delivers classic early-1960s single-coil tone characterized by a distinct steely and woody sound, engineered with noiseless performance and reduced magnet pull. Suitable for neck, middle, or bridge positions, it functions exceptionally well as a bridge pickup paired with vintage-voiced single-coils to cover versatile tonal styles.
Designed to deliver authentic Texas blues resonance, this pickup responds dynamically to varied pick attack. Harder picking yields powerful, assertive volume and drive, while lighter picking or rolling off guitar volume controls cleans up the signal smoothly.
Featuring advanced stacked hum-canceling technology, the Area 61 provides superior hum elimination without losing authentic single-coil sparkle, equipped with Alnico 2 magnets and four-conductor wiring for versatile setup options.
