Equipped with the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies installation and eliminates tilting torque without requiring stepped peghead counterbores. The 0.39 in (10 mm) stepped collar precisely centers the string post through the banjo bolt, protecting both the post and rear mounting screws from unwanted tension.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation, the enclosed design features dual mounting pins with standard 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing and a 0.31 in (8 mm) center-to-pin distance. It includes matching threaded bushings and stepped washers for secure assembly.
