DiMarzio Evolution 7 Pickup
The DiMarzio Evolution 7 brings the high-power, aggressive attack, and cutting presence of the classic Evolution design to 7-string guitars. Engineered to deliver exceptional clarity across all strings, it prevents the low B string from sounding muddy while providing intense highs and tight lows.
By combining custom-voiced brighter coils with Virtual Vintage technology, this bridge pickup balances warm, articulate lead tones with clean bass response. Output is concentrated in the upper midrange and treble, giving high-register solos substantial cutting power without sounding thin.
Designed specifically for bridge position placement, this ceramic pickup features 4-conductor wiring to support versatile coil-splitting and series-parallel configurations, making it an ideal choice for technical players seeking precision and high output.
