Schaller M6 135 Guitar Tuning Machine
The Schaller M6 135 represents the evolution of a legendary closed-gear design, engineered with an upgraded 1:18 gear ratio for exceptionally smooth and precise tuning accuracy. Every component is CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and surface-finished to ensure consistent, highly sensitive, and wear-free operation over long-term use.
Featuring high-grade brass posts fitted precisely within the housing, these tuners deliver rock-solid tuning stability. The specialized stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the threaded bushing, eliminating tilting moments, taking stress off the mounting hardware, and removing the need for a stepped peghead bore.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free performance, the M6 135 retains the exact installation dimensions of its predecessor. This allows direct replacement and seamless upgrades on standard headstocks without requiring guitar modifications.
