All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances and surface-finished, featuring self-locking drive mechanisms that ensure consistent, sensitive, and stable tuning.
Equipped with high-grade brass posts fitted into the housing, this machine head provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post via the banjonut, eliminating tilting torque and removing strain from both the post and rear mounting screws without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
Designed with the exact mounting dimensions of its classic predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement without instrument modifications. Each sealed unit is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation.
