All enclosed tuning machines are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, making them completely maintenance-free while the self-locking drive ensures stable and sensitive tuning.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, which centers the string post securely through the hollow screw without requiring a stepped peghead hole. Sharing identical installation dimensions with its predecessor, the M6 135 allows direct replacement and eliminates tilting stress on mounting screws and posts.
