Precision CNC-machined components and high-grade brass string posts fit tightly within the housing to ensure wear-free performance. An innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely via the threaded bushing, eliminating tilt and removing stress from both the post and mounting screw without requiring step-drilled headstocks.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for maintenance-free operation, the M6 135 retains the identical mounting dimensions of previous generation models for straightforward drop-in replacement.
