Designed as an evolution of the industry-standard closed tuner originally created in 1966, it features precision CNC-machined components and durable surface finishing for reliable, sensitive adjustment.
Equipped with high-grade brass string posts carefully fitted into the housing, this machine head prevents wear and ensures maximum tuning retention. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer with a 0.39-inch diameter reliably centers the string post via the hollow bolt, eliminating tilting moments and doing away with the need for stepped peghead bore holes.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, the sealed housing provides completely maintenance-free performance. The included mounting hardware and stepped washer design make installation straightforward while offering enhanced mechanical protection for prolonged instrument life.
