Each string post is precision-crafted from high-grade brass and fitted securely into the housing for maximum wear resistance and tuning stability. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer ensures effortless installation and reliable, permanent centering of the string post without requiring stepped headstock boreholes.
Equipped with permanent lubrication using special Schaller grease, these sealed tuners are completely maintenance-free. They are engineered to replace earlier original housings seamlessly without requiring headstock modifications.
