Crafted with premium brass string posts precisely fitted into the housing, this machine head offers maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. The sealed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free throughout its lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, it eliminates the need for stepped headstock holes while reliably centering the post via the banjonut. This engineered design prevents tilting torque and relieves pressure from both the post and the rear mounting screw.
