All components are CNC-machined to exact tolerances, high-grade brass string posts, and permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for a completely maintenance-free lifespan.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine ensures direct centering of the string post via the banjo bolt. This eliminates tilting movement, relieves pressure from both the post and rear mounting screws, and removes the need for a stepped peghead bore.
Designed to fit standard solid headstocks, the unit serves as an effortless drop-in replacement for earlier M6 series models without requiring modifications to the instrument.
