Schaller M6 90 Guitar Tuning Machine

The Schaller M6 90 guitar tuning machine represents precision engineering with an advanced 1:18 gear ratio, delivering ultra-smooth, accurate tuning and exceptional pitch stability. High-precision CNC machining and surface finishing ensure consistent, sensitive adjustments with zero maintenance required thanks to Schaller special grease lubrication.
Crafted with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into closed housings, the M6 90 eliminates wear while maintaining superior structural integrity. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer centers the string post securely through the hollow screw, preventing tilting moments and eliminating the need for stepped headstock drilling.
Designed with standard mounting dimensions identical to its predecessor, this tuning machine enables seamless replacement without headstock modifications. Premium materials and self-locking drive mechanics provide reliable tuning stability for demanding performance environments.
