Crafted with premium brass string posts precision-fitted into the housing, this tuning machine provides maximum tuning stability and wear resistance. Each closed housing is permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, rendering the unit completely maintenance-free over its entire lifespan.
An innovative stepped collar washer simplifies installation and securely centers the string post via the hollow bolt, eliminating the need for a stepped headstock bore. Sharing identical installation dimensions with its classic predecessor, the M6 90 enables direct drop-in replacement without instrument modifications.
