Crafted with precision-fitted brass string posts, these tuners deliver maximum tuning stability and wear-free operation. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer reliably centers the string post through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilt torque and protecting against excessive pressure on both the post and mounting points without requiring stepped peghead drilling.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease, each closed unit is completely maintenance-free. Designed with dual rear indexing pins spaced at 0.39 in (10 mm) center-to-center and an 0.31 in (8 mm) spacing to the post center, they ensure secure, direct installation.
