Constructed with durable brass string posts fitted precisely into the housing, each tuner provides lasting wear resistance. The innovative stepped M6 flanged washer (0.39 in / 10 mm diameter) centers the string post securely through the banjo bolt, eliminating tilting moment, reducing stress on the post and rear screw, and removing the need for a stepped peghead bore.
Permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease for completely maintenance-free operation, the two-pin M6 design offers identical housing dimensions to predecessor models with a 0.39 in (10 mm) pin spacing and a 0.31 in (8 mm) pin-to-post center distance. Complete mounting hardware is included for straightforward installation across a wide range of headstock configurations.
