The Schaller M6 Pin Guitar Tuning Machine sets an industry standard for precision and tuning stability, featuring an improved 1:18 gear ratio for smooth, accurate adjustments. Each tuner is CNC-machined and finished with high precision, utilizing high-grade brass string posts engineered for wear-free durability and maximum reliability.
Featuring the innovative stepped M6 flanged washer, this tuning machine simplifies headstock installation by accurately centering the string post via the banjo bolt. This eliminates the need for step-drilled headstock holes while eliminating tilting torque and reducing pressure on both the post and rear mounting screws.
All enclosed components are permanently lubricated with Schaller special grease to remain completely maintenance-free over years of performance. The housing design incorporates a two-pin configuration with a 0.4 in (10 mm) pin spacing and a 0.3 in (8 mm) distance between the pins and the center of the string post.
